Recently performing at our open mic and originals night we are honoured to present Anthony Martin & Mark Newlove to our Showcase Sunday this April. Watch out for their solo gigs later on in the year!

Meet the artists:

Anthony Martin is a singer / songwriter from the Medway towns, usually found traipsing about the UK playing bass in a wedding/function band called Beer Pressure, but now venturing out under his own steam. He'll be playing some upbeat covers, focusing mostly on the 1990s and Britpop era, and maybe a few original songs for your delectation. Anthony's original music is focused on life-events and he uses music and performing as a way to help deal with some of the dramas life has thrown his way, he wears his heart on his sleeve and he pours his heart and sleeves into his own compositions.

Mark Newlove best described as a music chameleon performing solo or with a band. Melodic, quirky, artist/entertainer. A prolific songwriter, he’ll be playing his favourite songs from a reservoir or genre hopping original material stretching across four decades. A road tested live performer …. Played festivals, house concerts, funerals, pubs, cafes, restaurants, book shops and well as busking. A singer, songwriter and producer.
