Kick off the Fringe in style with an evening of live music at local favourite Iron Pier Taproom, featuring Mark Johnson,  Megan Wardroper and Nick Lawrence.

Mark Johnson, local singer-songwriter opens the afternoon from 4.30pm.

Megan Wardroper brings a fresh indie-folk sound, pairing melodic warmth with honest, intimate songwriting.

Alongside her, Nick Lawrence delivers richly crafted folk rooted in storytelling and tradition — from foot-stomping tunes to reflective ballads inspired by history, myth and everyday life. Fresh from success at Ely Folk Festival’s Spotlight Competition, he’s quickly gaining recognition on the folk scene.

Great music, great beer, and the perfect way to start the Fringe.
