Bret MC is a vocalist and guitarist born in Barking and Dagenham, he first picked up a guitar age 11 learning by playing along with his favourite artists songs and jamming to backing tracks. He began to perform live with other musicians aged 18 and started at a venue called Arch1 in Canning Town before moving on to gigging in the West End and at venues across the city. He grew up on a solid foundation of Blues music as well as Grime, Hip-Hop and R&B which has all influenced him towards creating his own musical sound.
