Songwriters Sunday Club Film Premiere @ The Mole Hole

THE MOLE HOLE, High Street, Gravesend

Kick off Gravesham Fringe Festival 2026 with a special evening celebrating the strength and spirit of the local music scene.

Since June 2023, the Songwriters Sunday Club has brought together a growing community of local artists in Gravesend— a space to share new material, discuss their craft, and support one another. What began as an intimate gathering has evolved into a thriving creative hub, regularly showcasing up to 16 artists and 48 original songs in a single evening.

In April, a live session was captured in collaboration with filmmaker Michael McGinley, documenting the energy and authenticity of the club. This premiere offers audiences a chance to experience that moment on screen for the first time.

The evening begins with a screening of the film, showcasing the talent, originality, and collaborative spirit of local songwriters. Following the premiere, the Songwriters Sunday Club continues live, offering audiences the chance to experience original music in an intimate setting.

Free entry

Celebrate grassroots music, discover local talent, and be part of the Fringe opening night — on screen and on stage.
