Turntable Tales is Gravesend’s long running social record playing night at No.84, Echo Sq.
The idea is simple: bring along 2-3 selections that fit our monthly theme, all on vinyl, and a short anecdote to explain your choices.
No DJ skills are required and everyone gets a play. BYO booze and get to meet some new friends. Vegetarian food available.

December’s theme is ‘Joy To The World’. Let’s not make life any more challenging then it needs to be (Note to self: Some of your recent themes have been somewhat testing). December is a month for conviviality and festivity. As a result we want to round off the year with an evening of songs simply dedicated to happiness and pleasure. No misery. No despair. No anguish. Instead, delight us with musical choices of gaiety, rapture, merriness and jollity (add your positive noun here). Pleasure seekers, the floor is yours.
