Turntable Tales is Gravesend’s long running social record playing night at No.84, Echo Sq.
The idea is simple: bring along 2-3 selections that fit our monthly theme, all on vinyl, and a short anecdote to explain your choices.
No DJ skills are required and everyone gets a play. BYO booze and get to meet some new friends. Vegetarian food available.

February’s theme is ‘Body Talk’. We could tell you that groove is in the heart. But no one listens anyway because our lips are sealed. Even if you have eyes without a face we’re sure you can see where we’re going? That’s right, as Valentine’s approaches we’re once again getting intimate and asking you to bring along records that reference parts of the body. So get on the good foot and as long as your hips don’t lie we’ll see you (and your perfect skin) at No.84.
